Sounds expensive 
Very cool description, I only have one question... You said it's low on user emissions. Does that mean it masks the user's heat signature as well? Cloaking is all good, but if someone's using thermal scopes, they might give you some trouble
Never the less, I wouldn't want to tangle with these guys, they sound kinda tough
